2026 GENERAL ENGINEERING SERVICES

The City of Cleveland is seeking proposals from qualified consultants to provide General Engineering Services for a period of two years or until funds are expended. The services will include materials testing, bridge design and inspections, retaining wall design and inspection, slope stabilization, basic traffic signal design, preliminary engineering activities, environmental services, right of way plans and acquisition, bicycle pedestrian facility design, and roadway design. The consultant will be required to have experience in ODOT prequalified categories and must be prequalified at the time of submitting the proposal and maintain prequalification during the length of the contract. The City has a participation goal of 30% for Cleveland Small Businesses (CSB) on this contract. • The consultant will be responsible for providing general engineering services to the City of Cleveland. • The services will include materials testing, bridge design and inspections, and other related tasks. • The consultant must have experience in ODOT prequalified categories and must be prequalified at the time of submitting the proposal. • The City has a participation goal of 30% for Cleveland Small Businesses (CSB) on this contract. • The consultant will be required to submit a proposal that includes a technical proposal, price proposal, and other required documents. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive and accept any informality or discrepancy in the proposal or the process as may be in the City’s best interest.
