Description
The Department of Veterans Affairs is seeking a contractor to renovate Building B32 at the Tomah VA Medical Center in Tomah, Wisconsin. The project includes demolition of a lower level and upper level, as well as upgrades to existing building systems such as plumbing, HVAC, electrical, and fire protection. The contractor will be required to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to complete the project. The project must be completed within 460 calendar days after receiving the Notice to Proceed.
