The U.S. Navy’s Naval Research Laboratory (NRL) is seeking a small‑business, firm‑fixed‑price quote for a fully fabricated, crane‑liftable concrete outbuilding to be delivered to the NRL Trumbo Point Annex in Key West, FL. The structure must be a free‑standing, non‑permanent shed (max 70,000 lb total weight) with dimensions approximately 24 ft × 11 ft 6 in, painted white, equipped with double stainless‑steel doors, overhead LED lighting, electrical outlets, a 200‑amp interior panel, a 30‑amp exterior heat‑pump disconnect, a 2‑ton mini‑split heat pump, and conduit pass‑throughs. All components (doors, lighting, wiring, HVAC, lift eyes) must be installed and the unit delivered fully assembled for immediate placement on site. The contract is set‑aside for small businesses (including HUBZone, SDVOSB, WOSB, etc.) and will be awarded on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA) basis. Delivery is required on or before 21 May 2027.
