The County of Hawai'i is soliciting competitive sealed bids for a one‑year price‑term agreement to supply and deliver a full range of wastewater treatment chemicals to its wastewater facilities on Hawai‘i Island. The contract runs from December 1 2026 through November 30 2027, with a possible 180‑day extension. Bidders must provide a complete supply and logistics plan, technical data sheets, certifications, and assume responsibility for all costs including product, containers, freight, handling, and applicable taxes. The agreement may be awarded to multiple vendors on an indefinite‑quantity basis; the lowest responsive and responsible bidder on a per‑item basis will be selected, with backup awards in place.
