Description
The City of Laguna Niguel is seeking a qualified contractor to remove and replace the synthetic‑turf systems on two baseball fields and one soccer field at Bear Brand Park. The scope includes full demolition, proper disposal, sub‑grade preparation, installation of a new hybrid slit‑film/monofilament polyethylene turf system, infill placement, nailer‑board replacement, field markings, and comprehensive close‑out documentation. The contract requires a minimum 8‑year manufacturer warranty, self‑performance of at least 50 % of the work, a California D‑12 synthetic‑products license, and 100 % performance and payment bonds. The project is scheduled to start in December 2026 with a 60‑working‑day construction period.
