Budget estimate

$200,000 – $500,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which involves retrofitting existing Trane DDC with Johnson Controls Metasys Extended Architecture DDC, and installing new JCI controllers and point expansion modules. The cost of the project will depend on the number of AHU and fan coil unit controllers, the cost of the new JCI controllers and point expansion modules, and the labor costs for technical personnel to re-commission AHU and FCU operations. A rough estimate for the project could be between $200,000 and $500,000, considering the cost of materials, labor, and other expenses. However, this is a rough estimate and the actual budget may vary depending on various factors such as the complexity of the project, the experience of the contractor, and the availability of materials and labor.
