Dallas Road Substation Control Enclosure

The City of Richland is soliciting bids for the purchase of one new Substation Control Enclosure, including off-loading the control enclosure onto the substation pad or designated storage pad, in accordance with the specifications. The bid includes the provision of all necessary equipment, work, and labor for the completion of the project. The City reserves the right to reject any bid and to waive informalities and irregularities in bids. The successful bidder must have the capacity to furnish a Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract price plus the current sales or use tax. • The bid must be submitted electronically through the Public Purchase website. • The bid must include all required documents, including a Bid Response and Submittal Form, Material Specifications, and a Manufacturer Performance Evaluation Form. • The City will evaluate bids based on the lowest responsive and responsible bid. • The City may request an extension of the bid acceptance period and/or conduct a price or cost analysis on the bid. • The successful bidder will be required to provide a Payment and Performance Bond and to maintain insurance as required by the City. • The contract will include provisions for additions, deletions, and modifications to the work, and the contractor will be required to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
