20 Foot Storage Container

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division is seeking to procure a 20-foot storage container for the storage and transport of Special Support Equipment (SSE) used in the maintenance of Rolls-Royce MT30 marine gas turbine engines. The container will be used to store and transport the SSE, and will be required to meet specific requirements, including being made from corrosion-resistant Corten steel and having a steel floor and heavy-duty shelving. The contract will be awarded to the lowest priced technically acceptable quote. • The container must be 20 feet long, 8 feet wide, and 8 feet 6 inches tall. • The container must be made from corrosion-resistant Corten steel. • The container must have a steel floor that is 1/8 inch thick and has a diamond plate steel floor. • The container must have heavy-duty 4-tier shelving. • The container must be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division within 90 days of contract award.
