Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a qualified vendor to replace the existing lobby directory sign and office designation plaque in the “A” building. The work includes removal of the current directory board and plaque, fabrication of new signage with updated names and information, and reinstalling the new components. The contractor must perform a mandatory site visit to take accurate measurements, and subcontracting is prohibited. The project is expected to take between two and four weeks to complete once awarded.
• Remove existing lobby directory board and office plaque.
• Fabricate and duplicate new directory board and plaque with updated tenant information.
• Reinstall the new signage in the lobby of the “A” building.
• Complete all work within a 2‑4 week timeframe; no subcontractors allowed.
• Mandatory site visit (Mon‑Fri 7:30‑11:30 & 13:00‑15:30) to verify measurements and scope.
