Description
The 319th Contracting Squadron, Grand Forks AFB, is seeking information from parties who can provide flooring maintenance and installation services. The work includes verification of dimensions, flooring removal, patching, surface preparation, installation, and disposal of debris. The contractor must comply with various regulations, including those related to environmental protection, security, and health and safety. The contract will be for a period of five years, with individual task orders issued as needed.
• The contractor must have experience with flooring installation and maintenance.
• The contractor must be able to provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor.
• The contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
• The contractor must have a plan in place for hazardous materials handling and disposal.
• The contractor must be able to respond to emergencies and issues arising from the task orders within 24 hours.
