Description
The State of Tennessee is seeking multiple contractors to provide commercial and residential maintenance and repair services for electrical, HVAC, plumbing, boiler, and chiller systems across the state. The scope of work includes scheduled maintenance, repairs, additions, retrofits, upgrades, and replacements of various systems and equipment. The contractor will be required to respond to emergency and non-emergency service requests, provide estimates and firm quotes, and perform work in accordance with industry standards and manufacturer's recommendations.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems, including lighting, breakers, cables, and electrical transformers.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HVAC systems, including air handlers, condenser units, and refrigeration units.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing systems, including grinder pumps and mechanical lines.
• The contractor will be responsible for maintaining and repairing boiler and chiller systems, including annual inspections and repairs.
• The contractor will be required to provide a dedicated point of contact for all jobs and ensure that contractor service personnel arrive on-site within the agreed-upon arrival time.
