Description
The Fleet Logistics Center Puget Sound (FLCPS) is soliciting for onsite advanced troubleshooting, repair, and support services to the YT-813 Ockerman Switchboard, including the Power Management System (PMS) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) system. The requirement is sole-sourced to Ockerman Automation Consulting, Inc. due to their proprietary manufacturer status. The work will be performed at Naval Base Kitsap - Bremerton, WA, from April 24, 2026, to May 25, 2026. The contractor will provide hardware, materials, and tools to perform the work.
• The contractor must provide onsite service support, repair, and advanced troubleshooting of the vessel's integrated ship service switchboard.
• The contractor must bring all equipment to a fully operational status.
• The contractor must provide direct OEM knowledge of switchboard design parameters, drawings, control logic backup files, parameter settings, calibration data, and related manufacturer documentation.
• The contractor must provide a detailed (unpriced) capabilities statement for review and acceptance by the Technical POC.
