Description
The City of San Antonio is seeking bids for the 2026 Task Order Contract Street Rehabilitation Package 9. The contract includes street rehabilitation work, with an estimated construction budget of $8,000,000. The contract will be awarded for a period of 365 calendar days. The bid documents, addenda, and this solicitation will be posted on Civcast. The bidder must register with the San Antonio E-Procurement System (SAePS) and meet the subcontracting requirements as stated on the SBEDA Guidelines Provisions and the Subcontractor/Supplier Commitment Form.
• The contract includes work such as steel reinforcing bars and rods, asphaltic concrete, ready-mix concrete, striping streets, and construction of sidewalks and driveways.
• The bidder must meet the prevailing wage rate requirements established for this contract.
• The bidder must provide a bid bond, subcontractor/supplier commitment form, and other required documents.
• The city reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
