Description
The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is seeking proposals for support services for its Stone Creek project, including monitoring, maintenance, and compliance reporting activities for an estimated 5-year term. The project involves stream flow monitoring, fish screen maintenance, and compliance reporting. The successful proposer will be required to provide services such as stream gage maintenance, gage calibration, and quality control of flow records. The proposer must also prepare semi-annual compliance reports and provide project management and administration services.
