Description
The Farmington Public Schools is seeking bids for the Farmington High School Addition project, which includes various bid divisions such as earthwork, selective demolition, building concrete, steel, roofing, and more. The project bidding documents will be available for public inspection at the main office of the Construction Manager, McCarthy & Smith, Inc. A non-mandatory prebid meeting will be held on November 25, 2025, to review the project bidding documents and answer questions. Bidders must include sworn and notarized statements and a bid security in the amount of 5% of the bid amount. The successful bidder may be required to furnish a performance bond and labor and material payment bond in the amount of 100% of the contract price.

• Bidding documents will be available beginning at 3:00 PM on Friday, November 14, 2025, via Building Connected.
• Sealed bids will be publicly opened and read aloud on December 9, 2025, via virtual meeting.
