RFP 26-08 Building Demolition at 158 Bedford St.

The City of Fall River is soliciting bids for the demolition of the building at 158 Bedford Street. The bid packages can be obtained electronically through the Purchasing Department via email at [email protected]. Sealed bids must be received by February 26, 2026, at 2:00 pm. A voluntary Pre-Bid Conference and Site Visit will be held on February 11, 2026, at 10:00 am at the site. The City of Fall River reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The bid price must remain firm following the bid opening. • A Performance Bond and a Labor and Materials Payment Bond will be required for the faithful performance of the contract. • Any deviation from the specifications must be clearly outlined and explained in detail. • Time of delivery is part of the bid and is very important.
