City of Anderson Sewer Rehabilitation

The City of Anderson is seeking a contractor to rehabilitate and maintain its municipal sewer collection system. The work includes installing cured‑in‑place pipe lining, performing pipe bursting to enlarge existing mains, reconnecting services, repairing points of failure, and refurbishing numerous manholes, along with all incidental restoration required to return the site to normal condition. This design‑bid‑build project will be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder. • Install 7,594 linear feet of cured‑in‑place pipe (CIPP) liner. • Conduct 2,971 linear feet of pipe bursting to enlarge 6‑inch pipes to 8‑inch diameter. • Reconnect sewer services, perform point repairs, and rehabilitate 49 manholes. • Provide all related cleanup, backfill, and site restoration.
