Description
The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) is seeking a contractor to provide filament cloth, specifically a 1/4" thick, 75 sq/ft roll, multi-layered 3-DIM-L-woven cloth, flame/heat protective material, in accordance with MIL-C-24576A, P/N PS-MKT-6.0(GR-6), manufactured by Pyro Shield. The contractor must provide a firm fixed price quote, and the delivery is due on or before 18 Aug 2026. The contractor must also comply with various regulations, including those related to packaging, marking, and inspection.
• The contractor must provide a signed and completed solicitation packet, including the cage code, and quote FOB Destination Bremerton, WA.
• The contractor must annotate the lead time, name of the manufacturer, and country of manufacturing.
• The contractor must comply with the Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) and provide a current assessment as detailed in DFARS 252.204-7019.
• The contractor must provide a completed representation with their offer, including information about the surplus material, if applicable.
