Description
The City of Salina is seeking a qualified contractor to deliver a comprehensive concrete‑paving and site‑work package for multiple city parks. The scope covers trenching, backfill, excavation, concrete sidewalks, curbs, gutters, reinforced pavement, grading, seeding, traffic control, and associated surveying and staking. The contract will be awarded on an open competitive basis, with the successful bidder responsible for providing performance and payment bonds, insurance, and meeting strict schedule milestones.
• Concrete work includes 4‑ to 6‑inch sidewalks, curb‑and‑gutter systems, and reinforced pavement (≈ 563 SY of pavement, 48 LF of curb).
