Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Make Ready Cleaning Services

The U.S. Embassy in the Philippines is seeking to establish a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) for Make Ready Cleaning Services. The estimated volume of purchases through this BPA is PHP 1,740,000.00 for two years, with no obligation to purchase a definite amount. The U.S. Government is exempt from paying ad valorem/specific tax, custom, and duties imposed by the Philippine Government. Key requirements for the contractor include: • Demonstrating ability to perform the required services • Providing evidence of an established business with a permanent address and telephone listing • Having updated licenses and permits required by local law • Providing a list of subcontractors and principal materials suppliers • Submitting experience and past performance for similar work • Obtaining required insurance The contractor will be required to submit a summary invoice at least monthly or upon expiration of the BPA, and payment will be made via Electronic Fund Transfer (EFT) within 30 days from receipt of the original and correct summary invoice.
