IWQ 129050 Purchase of Tactical Launcher and Munitions

The Gwinnett County Government is seeking quotations for the purchase of tactical launchers and munitions. The required items include 37mm tactical single launchers, soft carrying cases, single point slings, 37mm gas grenade kits, and various types of smoke grenades. Vendors must provide quotations for all items listed, and the quotations must include all costs associated with the purchase, including delivery. The county reserves the right to reject any or all quotations and to waive technicalities, informalities, and minor irregularities in the submissions received. • The purchase is for the Gwinnett County Fire Supply, and delivery will be F.O.B. Destination, freight pre-paid and allowed. • The vendor must certify that the items to be furnished are new and that the quality has not deteriorated to impair its usefulness. • The vendor must provide full identification of each item submitted, including brand name, model, catalog number, etc. • The vendor must comply with all applicable sections of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) as an equal opportunity employer. • The vendor must indemnify, defend, satisfy all judgments, and hold harmless the County, its commissioners, officers, agents, and employees from and against all claims, damages, actions, judgments, costs, penalties, liabilities, losses, and expenses.
