Frisco ISD is seeking qualified non‑professional service providers to support staff and student learning across its 75‑square‑mile district. The solicitation covers a broad range of services—including professional development and training, catering, athletic support, fine‑arts clinicians, and other ancillary services—but explicitly excludes retail items, apparel, printing, after‑school programs, tutoring, photography, staffing, maintenance, and pure supply vendors. Multiple vendors will be selected in phases, with contracts issued via purchase orders as needs arise. Vendors must register in the Ion Wave e‑bidding system, submit electronic proposals by the September 24, 2026 deadline, and may be invited to interviews. The District will evaluate proposals on price, reputation, quality, fit to needs, past relationship, and long‑term cost, among other criteria. Selected vendors will receive one‑year contracts with up to four automatic renewals, potentially extending through 2032.
