Purchase and Installation of Bridgestone 23.5 R25 E-3 VJT CLASS 1A

The General Services Administration is seeking a vendor to provide Bridgestone 23.5 R25 E-3 VJT CLASS 1A crane tires or equal, along with labor for removal and installation of the new tires. The work will take place at Naval Base San Diego. The vendor must provide the tires, remove the old tires, and install the new ones, including O-Ring and new valve stem. The vendor will also be responsible for disposing of the old tires according to California state regulations. The contract will be awarded to the vendor with the lowest price that meets all the administrative and technical requirements. • The salient characteristics of the required crane tires include a size of 23.5R25, E-3/L-3 tread pattern, and a tread depth of approximately 35mm to 44/32nds. • The vendor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and have the ability to accept orders through the GSA's Order Management Services (OMS) Vendor Portal or receive orders via Electronic Data Interchange (EDI). • The contract is set aside for small businesses, and the vendor must meet the size standard of 1,500 employees or less. • The vendor must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to the Buy American Act and the Balance of Payments Program.
