Description
The County of Granville is seeking a landscape maintenance firm to provide seasonal maintenance services for various county sites. The work involves pruning of shrubs and trees, fertilization, weed control, disease control, mulching, and lawn care management. The contract term is for three years, with the option to renew for an additional term. The county reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder that meets the needs and interest of Granville County, taking into consideration quality and performance.
• The contractor shall provide all necessary materials, equipment, and labor to complete the work.
• The contractor shall perform a soil sample test at least once per year.
• The contractor shall provide five references and current contact information for sites and scopes of similar nature.
• The contractor shall maintain all lawn areas, shrubs, trees, and groundcover areas in a neat and orderly manner.
• The contractor shall provide snow and ice removal services as needed.
