The Franklin County Memorial Hospital (FCMH) is seeking a qualified firm or individual to provide grant writing services for the preparation of Federal and state grant and loan applications to construct a new clinic and hospital building in Meadville, Mississippi. The selected contractor will assist with preparing applications and implementing the project(s) through closeout.
