This solicitation seeks qualified environmental‑service consultants to support Atlantic County’s 2027 open‑space preservation, land‑transaction, farmland preservation, and road‑improvement projects. The contractor will provide comprehensive consulting services—including Phase I/II site assessments, wetlands delineation and mitigation, environmental analysis, permitting, and hazardous‑materials inspections—on a “most advantageous proposal” basis.
