Description
The Cosumnes Community Services District is seeking the services of on-call masonry services. The work to be performed under this Professional Services Agreement includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the on-call masonry services. The scope of work can be found in Exhibit A and includes general masonry construction projects such as concrete block and/or brick wall repairs. The District reserves the right to request quotes from one or more contractors depending on the size and nature of the job. The contractor must have at least five years of experience similar in nature and scope to the needs of the District.

* Providing on-call masonry services
* Furnishing all labor, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and incidentals necessary to complete the work
* Complying with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
* Maintaining all necessary insurance policies
* Providing quotes for identified projects
* Performing work in a timely and satisfactory manner
