Description
The Puget Sound Naval Shipyard and Intermediate Maintenance Facility (PSNS & IMF) intends to award a sole-source firm fixed price service contract to the Arbinger Institute, LLC for leadership development training. The training will focus on Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM) and will be conducted for 200 department heads and leaders. The contract is expected to be awarded under FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and the period of performance will be from May 4, 2026, to May 3, 2027.
Some key aspects of the job include:
• Conducting 24 two-day onsite workshops for Developing and Implementing an Outward Mindset (DIOM)
• Conducting 24 one-day onsite workshops for Outward Leadership (OL)
• Conducting 24 onsite outward application days to reinforce training and ensure practical implementation of Arbinger principles
• Delivering 24 Outward Mindset practical application sessions for leaders
• Providing monthly strategic working sessions for senior leadership
• Providing participant materials, including workbooks and published books, for 200 employees
• Providing access to digital resources for sustainment and performance improvement
