Eddy Hall Renovation

The University of Minnesota is seeking a construction manager to renovate Eddy Hall, a historic building on the Twin Cities campus. The project involves an extensive interior gut and remodeling of all floors, replacing mechanical and electrical systems, adding fire suppression and alarm systems, and upgrading to meet accessibility requirements. The construction manager will be responsible for providing cost estimating and value engineering services, establishing a final scope of work, and achieving a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP).
