Description
The Chattahoochee County School District is seeking proposals for comprehensive facility improvements at the Chattahoochee County Middle High School. The goal is to enhance the learning environment through high-quality flooring renovations and interior painting. The selected contractor will be responsible for painting, including preparation of walls, trim, and ceilings, and application of high-quality paint, as well as flooring, including removal of existing flooring, preparation of subfloor, and installation of new flooring. The project must comply with all local building codes, safety regulations, and district policies.
• The contractor must be licensed, insured, and provide proof of workers' compensation coverage.
• The work must be scheduled to minimize disruption to normal school operations.
• All products used must be durable, easy to maintain, and suitable for a school environment.
• The proposal must include company information, detailed project plan, cost breakdown, references, and proof of licensing and insurance.
