Description
The Southfield Public Schools is soliciting sealed bids for the Birney K-8 Site Renovations project. The project involves renovations to the Birney K-8 site, and bidders must submit their bids via BuildingConnected by February 19, 2026, at 11:00 AM (Local Time). The bid documents will be available starting January 29, 2026, at 5:00 PM (Local Time) via BuildingConnected, Barton Malow (CAM), and/or the Southfield Public Schools website.
• The bid must include a Familial Disclosure Statement, Iran-Linked Business Certification, and a Bid Bond equal to 5% of the base bid.
• The successful bidder will be required to furnish 100% Performance and Payment Bonds in accordance with Michigan law for projects exceeding $50,000.
• The Southfield Public Schools reserves the right to reject any and all bids, in whole or in part, and to waive informalities in bidding.
