West Bench Wildfire Fuels Mitigation

The City of Pocatello is seeking sealed bids from qualified contractors for the West Bench Wildfire Fuels Mitigation project. The project is funded through the US Forest Service Western States Fire Managers (WSFM) grant. A site visit is scheduled for October 30, 2025, at 11:00 AM, and attendance is required for contractors to bid on the project. Bidders must fill out all line items on the required pages, and the bid must be good for 90 days. The City will select the most responsive and responsible bidder offering the lowest total price. • The project requires a guarantee equal to at least 5% of the bid amount. • The successful bidder must provide evidence of current bonding, licensing, and worker's compensation within five business days of being notified. • All permits, labor, and materials costs must be included in the bid. • The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids.
