The City of Fresno is seeking professional consulting services to conduct a comprehensive Title 14 of the Code of Federal Regulations Part 150 (14 CFR Part 150) Noise Compatibility Study for the Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). The selected consultant will be responsible for updating the Noise Exposure Map (NEM) and ensuring compliance with FAA regulations. The scope of work includes developing operational, noise, and land use databases, conducting aircraft noise measurements, and evaluating the status of the Noise Compatibility Program. The consultant will also be required to prepare a draft and final NEM update, as well as provide recommendations for updating the NCP. Some key tasks and deliverables include: * Developing a comprehensive noise compatibility study * Updating the NEM to reflect changes in airport operations and surrounding land use * Conducting aircraft noise measurements and evaluating the status of the NCP * Preparing a draft and final NEM update * Providing recommendations for updating the NCP The City of Fresno encourages firms with extensive experience in airports, public and mass transportation, and noise analysis to respond to this Request for Qualifications.
