Description
The Jackson Public Schools are seeking qualified contractors to perform roofing renovations on various portions of their project. The work includes Techtum Roof Deck, Carpentry & General Trades, Shingled Roofing, Metal Roofing Decking, and Membrane Roofing. The project is subject to the State of Michigan Prevailing Wage Act, and all contractors must register annually with the Michigan Department of Labor and Economic Opportunity – Wage and Hour Division prior to bidding. The construction manager for the project is Triangle Associates, Inc.
• The project requires prevailing wages and certified payroll reports.
• Payment and Performance Bonds are required.
• Bid documents are available for electronic download through Triangle's project management software SmartBid.
• Contractors are responsible for all documents and costs associated with printing and shipping of plans/specs.
