1.1 Caterpillar 308 excavator or Metro-North approved equal.1.2 Shall be a Steel/rubber tracked machine with excavator boom, interchangeable implements, a thumb and Hi-rail gear1.3 Shall have fully enclosed climate controlled ROPS (Roll Over Protection System) cab.1.4 Shall be of minimum tail swing design.1.5 Shall have standard high-flow hydraulic circuit(s).1.6 The equipment shall meet with and be equipped with all current Federal Safety Standards at the time of sale.
