Description
The Birdville Independent School District (BISD) is soliciting competitive sealed proposals for a band trailer. The total estimated expenditure for this contract is approximately $121,000.00. The proposal shall be effective from Board approval through delivery. The District reserves the right to award this contract to a single proposer, multiple proposers, each line item separately, or in any combination it determines to be in the best interest of the District.
• The band trailer should meet the specifications outlined in the attachments.
• The proposer must submit a completed W-9 form and a Conflict of Interest Questionnaire.
• The proposer must provide a quote and ordering information, including contact name, title, and address.
• The proposer must provide three business references that have contracted with their company to provide like products and/or services.
