Description
The City of Malibu is seeking proposals from qualified firms to provide custodial services for Malibu City Hall and five City park facilities. The custodial services include cleaning, washing, emptying trash, and other services necessary to maintain and secure facilities in operational condition. The selected firm will also assist with preventive and miscellaneous maintenance work by promptly reporting broken, malfunctioning, or vandalized equipment, fixtures, or structures.
• The services shall be implemented in accordance with a mixture of daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and seasonal cleaning and maintenance schedules.
• The City requires comprehensive custodial services for facilities located at Malibu City Hall, within the Civic Center area, and at five City parks.
• The selected contractor will be required to perform daily custodial services year-round.
• The City is committed to environmental stewardship and has established policies and initiatives to preserve the natural environment.
• The selected firm must adhere to these policies and actively support the City’s sustainability goals.
