Description
The Lansing School District is seeking bids for the Averill Elementary Classroom Renovation project. The project includes various bid divisions such as sitework, concrete, general trades, aluminum and glass, drywall and acoustical, painting, flooring, and electrical. The project requires contractors to provide all necessary labor, materials, and equipment to complete their scope of work. The district reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids.
• The project includes renovation of classrooms and corridors
• Installation of new flooring, painting, and electrical systems
• Replacement of existing doors and hardware
• Installation of new security and access control systems
• Renovation of the vestibule and lobby areas
• Upgrade of the electrical and technology systems
