Description
The Army is seeking an Agile Professional Services (APS) provider to augment the CPE ST3 workforce and deliver end‑to‑end Agile‑based professional services across a broad portfolio of simulation, training, testing and threat solutions. The contract is a labor‑hours IDIQ with a base period of six months and up to six option periods totaling a maximum performance window of 66 months. Work will be performed at multiple government sites, primarily Orlando, FL and Redstone Arsenal, AL, with additional locations worldwide. The award is set‑aside for total small‑business participation and will be evaluated on technical acceptability (including an Agile implementation plan, key personnel qualifications, and cybersecurity compliance) and the lowest total evaluated price.
• Provide Agile implementation, sprint planning, backlog management, and real‑time dashboard reporting using Jira/Power BI.
• Deliver acquisition, financial, FMS, engineering, DevSecOps, and logistics support for > 370 simulation/training products at > 400 global sites.
• Maintain 24×7 SCIF security staffing, meet CMMC Level 2 and NIST 800‑171 (SPRS 110‑score) requirements, and submit monthly progress reports, transition plans, and quality‑assurance surveillance deliverables.
