The Chelsea School District is accepting bids for renovations to North Creek Elementary-Y5 and Athletic Fields. The project involves renovations to the elementary school and athletic fields. Bids will be received electronically via Building Connected, and each bid must be accompanied by a sworn and notarized familial affidavit and a bid bond (5% of bid amount).
• The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, December 3 at 3:30 pm (ET).
• Bids will be opened immediately following the opening and results read aloud in a virtual meeting.
