Budget estimate

$2,121,234 – $4,217,215

The solicitation lists estimated price ranges for each trade, with the largest being the Electrical Contract at $3.1 M‑$4.2 M and the General Construction Contract at $2.1 M‑$2.9 M. Assuming the award will be for the full scope (all four trades), the total anticipated contract value falls roughly between $5.4 M and $7.3 M. However, the agency’s “Estimated Range” for the combined work appears to be $2.1 M‑$4.2 M, likely reflecting the base contract amount before alternates. Therefore a realistic budget estimate for a winning contractor would be in the low‑mid millions, roughly $2.1 M to $4.3 M, depending on the number of alternates awarded and MWBE participation adjustments.
