Brookshire Pergola RFQ

The City of Carmel is seeking a contractor to construct a commercial-grade pergola system at the Brookshire golf course grounds. The pergola should have a dimensions of 57'-0" x 22'-0" with 5 operating louvered zones, and include associated beams, posts, louvers, gutters, operating systems, and accessories. The contractor must provide all materials and components required for the project, including electrical and integration work, but excluding external electrical work, landscaping, and site restoration. The contractor must also provide documentation and approvals, including drawings and building permit fees. • The pergola structure should have 2x10 beams and 7'-5" extra-large gutters • The louvered zones should have 175 degree rotation capability for optimal light and shade • The motors for louvers should be protected under the structure • The contractor must have installed at least 25 commercial-grade similar products • The contractor must provide a warranty for the components and labor
