Description
The United States Marine Corps is seeking to rent six (6) secured, personally owned vehicle (POV) parking spaces to support the Recruiting Substation (RSS) Ridgewood in Elmhurst, NY. The parking facilities must be available and accessible 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, and must be monitored by security cameras. The parking spaces can be indoor or outdoor but must have adequate lighting and be within 0.5 miles of the RSS Ridgewood location. The contract will be for a base period of 12 months with two option periods of 12 months each. The contractor will be required to provide a firm fixed price for the rental of the parking spaces.
Some key requirements include:
• Providing six (6) secure POV parking spaces
• Meeting all requirement guidelines and specifications for POV parking services
• Ensuring parking facilities are always available and accessible
• Monitoring premises with security cameras
• Having adequate lighting
• Being within 0.5 miles of RSS Ridgewood
• Providing key cards or other access items if necessary
