Description
This solicitation seeks Construction Management‑at‑Risk (CM‑at‑Risk) firms to pre‑qualify for the Central Parking Facility Optimization project (MPA Project L1973) at Massachusetts Port Authority’s Logan Airport. The selected firms will provide cost‑plus‑fee services with a negotiated Guaranteed Maximum Price for a multi‑phase effort that includes garage structural rehabilitation, wayfinding and signage upgrades, and elevator modernization. The RFQ is a pre‑qualification step; only qualified firms will be invited to submit proposals in a later RFP.
• Scope includes structural repairs to parking garages, drainage, façade, lighting, signage, and eight elevator modernizations.
