Description
MTA Construction & Development (MTA C&D) is seeking to retain the services of a consultant to provide construction management, administration, inspection, and support services (the “Services”) to MTA Construction and Development Company (“MTA C&D”) in support of the Grand Central Terminal Existing Security System State of Good repair and Expansion Phase I Project (the “Project”).
The Project will be constructed pursuant to Design-Bid-Build Construction Contract No. MNR277078 (the “Construction Contract”), which is anticipated to be awarded in the Fourth Quarter of 2026 to a construction contractor (the “Construction Contractor”).
