This solicitation seeks a qualified Construction Manager‑at‑Risk (CM‑AR) firm to lead the Central Parking Facility Optimization at Logan International Airport. The scope includes comprehensive garage structural rehabilitation, full wayfinding/signage replacement, and modernization of eight elevators, all performed under a cost‑plus‑fee arrangement with a negotiated guaranteed maximum price (GMP).
