Inez Boulevard & S. Irene Avenue Drainage Improvements

The Town of Milliken is seeking proposals for the Inez Boulevard & S. Irene Avenue Drainage Improvements project. The project consists of a concrete apron, 4’ V-gutter, 2’ V-gutter detention pond outlet structure, and 48” elliptical RCP pipe, gravel shoulder, and guardrail. The contractor will be responsible for furnishing all necessary materials, labor, and equipment to complete the work. The project requires a contractor's license, insurance, and warranty. The town reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. • The project includes drainage improvements • The contractor must provide a unit bid price for each item shown in the bidding schedule • The contractor must include all required forms completed in full • The contractor must provide a proposal guaranty consisting of a properly certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond • The town may make progress payments to the contractor based on the percentage of work completed
