Description
The South Carolina Department of Public Health seeks a single vendor to provide home‑based urine collection kits for Chlamydia (CT), Gonorrhea (NG) and Trichomoniasis (TV) and to perform laboratory testing on those specimens. The contractor must supply kits, handle prepaid shipping of specimens to a CLIA‑certified laboratory, deliver test results via a secure electronic portal, and support DPH with reporting and technical assistance. The contract is a fixed‑price, one‑year base term with two optional one‑year renewals (maximum three‑year performance period).
• Supply all‑inclusive urine collection kits (materials, packaging, prepaid return postage) with a 12‑month shelf life.
• Perform or subcontract CLIA‑certified testing for CT, NG, and TV with 24‑48 hour turnaround and provide results through a HIPAA‑compliant portal.
• Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing technical support at no additional cost; manage bulk shipping to DPH’s laboratory and maintain secure data handling.
