Description
The U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT), Maritime Administration (MARAD), Suisun Bay Reserve Fleet (SBRF), is seeking a contractor to haul out a vessel, prepare hull surfaces for recoating by sanding, recoat the hull, and renew all anodes, as well as perform other miscellaneous repairs. The period of performance is 60 days after award. The contractor must be certified as a small business under NAICS code 336611, Ship Building and Repairing. The Government plans to award a single purchase order to a sole responsible quoter with the lowest total evaluated price meeting or exceeding technical acceptability standards, having an acceptable or neutral past performance.
• The contractor will be required to submit payment requests in electronic form using the DELPHI system.
• The contractor must provide a listing of up to three relevant projects completed within the past three years.
• The contractor must submit a price quotation using the Offeror's price worksheet.
• The Government reserves the right to conduct discussions if later determined by the Contracting Officer to be necessary.
