French Prairie Rest Area Janitorial RFQ

The Oregon Travel Information Council (TIC) is seeking a contractor to provide janitorial services at the French Prairie Rest Area on I-5. The contract will be for a period of 12 months with the option to extend for up to 4 additional years. The contractor will be responsible for providing custodial services, including cleaning restrooms, emptying trash cans, and maintaining the overall appearance of the rest area. The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing custodial services and must be able to provide a minimum of one full-time or supervisory employee to perform the services. • The contractor will be responsible for cleaning the restrooms, including scrubbing and sanitizing the walls, floors, and fixtures. • The contractor will be responsible for emptying trash cans and maintaining the overall appearance of the rest area. • The contractor must be able to provide a minimum of one full-time or supervisory employee to perform the services. • The contractor must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in providing custodial services. • The contractor must be able to provide all necessary equipment and supplies to perform the services.
